Question about investing. Is it better to use an online broker these days and save all that money dealing with a local investment management company. I want to get involved in investing but not sure which way to go. Online trading seems like a good idea with very low cost.

When I was in elementary we had to buy these big red pads for learning to make our letters. We also used really think pencils. Seem the writing pad was a fold over, red and had an Indian Chief face or maybe just a Indian headband on it. Anyone remember what I am talking about and what the brand name was. I have looked for years in the stores and have never seen them.

Who remembers their parents using a wood cook stove. While that was not uncommon during our times people had begun to move to gas cook stoves and even electric. I do remember us having one and just got to wondering how many others remember how hot the house would get when that was being used.

What was the coffee commerical that was almost like a romance mini. It last for several years starring the same man and woman sort of flirting with each other over borrowing some coffee.

Anyone remember double features at the local movie theater? In my hometown in 1969 it cost 25 cents if you were 12 or younger. Fountain cokes and popcorn was a dime and one of those huge pickles were a nickled.

Recently a friend ask if I would be interested in going with her to get an aura photo and reading. I know little to nothing about this but seems this is some kind of hoax that started years ago. Somehow done with a special camera? Anyone remember or know anything about this type of psychic readings?
